The most important answers to your questions.
You have the option of paying for your products directly with your credit card (debit, Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Paypal or in advance (offline payment) and Twint (offline payment). Simply select the appropriate option during checkout.
For advance payment and Twint, your order will be shipped after receipt of payment.
Products in the shopping cart are not considered reserved.
For orders over 100 francs we ship the products free of charge within Switzerland.
You are responsible for the shipping costs for deliveries abroad. Orders within Switzerland are dispatched within 3 - 5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product or in the confirmation email. Orders abroad take a little longer. For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply that are not included in the total price displayed. Simply select the relevant destination country when checking out.
Unless otherwise stated in the product information, the following applies:
Undamaged, originally packaged products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Please contact us via hello(at)ateliersr.ch
As soon as the product has arrived with us, you will either be sent another product or the amount of the returned product will be refunded. Please always enclose the original delivery note. The shipping costs for the return are at your expense.
Personalized products or products from a SALE cannot be exchanged.
If one of your desired products is out of stock: simply select the "Get notified" button and enter your email address. As soon as the product is back in stock, you will automatically receive a notification by email.
