Shipment: We ship all orders within Switzerland free of charge for goods valued at CHF 50 or more. Delivery time: 3 - 5 working days (unless otherwise stated for the product).
For orders from abroad, shipping costs apply (EU countries CHF 25.00, USA and others CHF 40.00).
Return: If a product does not quite meet your expectations, it can be returned - unused and in the original packaging - within 14 days.
Personalized products or those from a SALE sale are non-refundable.
